The function of the EPP pressurizing & foaming system is to increase the inner pressure of the EPP Beads. Through this process, the treated EPP beads is easy to produce products of different density, especially low density products. What is more, this process will decrease the shrinkage of the final products and let it have good finishing.
The Fackel EPP pressurizing & foaming system is make up of two to eight pieces of 10m3 vessels, their dimension is Φ1500x4000mm.There is a electricity control system in it, which could stimulatory control the vessels. The max. pressure it could bear is 10kg.
