Main Features
1. Vertical Block Mould is equipped with an inner movable side wall, which is fit for the manufacturing of different sizes of block. At the same time, this kind of machine is suitable for the producing of block by 100% recycled material.
2. The internal of the movable door is filled with high quality insulated. Its face is covered by stainless steel plate.
3.After weighing, the block will be delivered to the upturn rack and ready for central storage. The speed of the exit line is controlled by the frequency converter. And the upturn rack is controlled by hydraulic.
4.The control system of the machine is PLC and touch screen. By it, different steaming mode, vacuum pressure, foam pressure, & weighing is possible.
5. The vacuum system make up of condenser (with the function of water spraying and filter) and individual vacuum tank.
