Main Features
Discarded or old foams are pulled down piece by piece by crusher. Then the crushed foams are shaped into round grains through grinding machine. The particle-shaped materials and powder produced in this processing will be sent to De-Duster. Through this separating device with screw rod, the powder and the grains are separated in the vacuum state. Then the separated powder will be sent to filter station and well-stored up, while the usable grains to the cage in mixer with those fresh materials. After mixing according to the required proportion of the products, the mixed materials will be sent back to the material cage machine and wait for their new-born。
Many tests abroad prove that the performances of this well-designed foam recycling system are better than other foreign ones. In one of the test we did in China, we mixed 25% recycled material with the new ones, yet it didn't affect its quality. This proves that with a mix of 25% recycled scraps, our system can produce a good production which almost identical to the one made by 100% fresh material in its physical function and also looks just the same in the appearance.
