Aluminum Diethyl Phosphinate (ADP)
Product Description
ADP is a halogen-free flame retardant based on organic phosphinates,white powder,called Aluminum Diethyl Phosphinate.The product is not hygroscopic and is insoluble in water and common organic solvents like acetone, dichloromethane, MEK, toluene and so on.The polymer with ADP will expand when burning and form a stable carbon layer on the surface. The protective layer provides a heat insulation effect, reduces oxygen access and prevents the further spread of flame, plays a role in fire retardant. The flame retardant is not hydrolyzed, not precipitated, has good self-extinguishing properties into carbon.
The flame retardant is white particle without carriers by a special process,the bulk density is increased.That can help flame retardant to disperse in the resin,and improve flame retardancy and physical properties of the product; reduce dust in the process of using.

Applications
ADP is a flame retardant suitable for the thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics. It has high phosphorus content, good thermal stability and excellent flame retardant efficiency.
As a flame retardant, ADP can be not only used alone,but also added with other flame retardants,such as MPP,MCA,etc. Both can play a good fire-retardant effect.
Application conditions:
Processing temperature should not exceed 350℃.
Package
20 kg /bag, using paper bags with PE inner.Store in a cool dry place.
