NP2000

Product Description：

NP2000 is an expansive compound flame retardant which is environmentally friendly and halogen-free. This product is suitable for homo polypropylene and co-polypropylene,has good compatibility with the polypropylene, has less affected in the mechanical properties and thermal properties of polypropylene and so on, it has the advantages of not hydrolyzed、not precipitation、good thermal stability etc. This product generates a dense expanded carbon layer during the combustion process, achieves its flame retardant effect by cutting off the heat and the air.

Recommended dosage：

Depending on the species of resins, add NP2000 can make flame-retardant polypropylene to achieve UL94 V-0 level. During processing，recommended to use of processing aids，such as：PP wax、antioxidants、EBS dispersing agent，etc.
