Product Description
NP0836 is a halogen-free flame retardant based on P&N system, is developed especially for Polyether TPU. The product achieves its flame retardant effect through intumescence. The polymer with NP0836 will expand when burning and form a stable carbon layer on the surface. The protective layer provides a heat insulation effect, reduces oxygen access and prevents the further spread of flame, plays a role in fire retardant.NP0836 less smoke, non-toxic, non-molten droplet, is a highly efficient environmentally friendly flame retardants.

Applications
NP0836 is developed especially for Polyether TPU. Recommended to add 25-32% according to the material conditions and flame retardant requirements.
Usage
Materials must be pre-dried before used. Because the moisture and the shear will cause degradation of TPU, the shear of granulation equipment required weak, otherwise it will affect material properties.
Package and storage
20kg per bag, using paper bags with PE inner. Products should be sealed storage, stored in a dry and cool place to avoid dust.
