Round cooling tower
The circular cooling tower adopts counter-flow gas heat exchange technology. The main body adopts all-steel structure, glass steel plate enclosure, and the tower body is equipped with maintenance escalator for the normal maintenance and management of the tower top equipment. The filler is made of high-quality modified PVC inclined ladder wave plate to spread the water spray area; through the rotary water distribution or pipe water distribution, the water distribution is uniform and the cooling effect is enhanced.
1. Tower body: made of FRP composite material, the surface gel coat is made of imported raw materials, and its color contains anti-ultraviolet stabilizer, the surface is smooth and anti-aging.
2. Fan: The special fan for the cooling tower with large chord length, space distortion and forward inclination is selected, with uniform wind speed, low dynamic pressure, energy saving, low noise, and the angle of the fan blade can be changed to meet the process requirements.
3. Motor: It adopts a special fan for fully sealed cooling tower, with excellent waterproof performance.
4. Packing: The circular counter-flow packing has a large increase coefficient of heat dissipation area, good water flow distribution performance and high heat dissipation performance.
5. Water distribution system: Rotary tube water distribution is adopted, and the water distribution device is made of ABS or nylon copper or aluminum alloy, which is durable, and the water supply pressure is even and low.
6. Steel parts: All are treated with rust-removing hot-dip galvanizing, corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and easy to assemble.
7. All circular cooling towers are made of ABS or metal fittings for the outer connecting pipes and flanges, which are resistant to breakage and corrosion, which greatly prolongs the service life of the cooling tower.
Venue selection
1. The cooling tower should be installed in a well-ventilated place, and the air inlet of the cooling tower and the building should be kept at a certain distance to ensure cooling;
The inlet air volume of the tower is not affected, avoiding the backflow of the hot and humid air discharged from the cooling tower and affecting its thermal performance;
2. The installation location of the cooling tower must be far away from places with dense dust or acid gases;
3. The installation location of the cooling tower must be far away from the chimney or other hot areas.
Installation essentials and piping configuration
1. The installation of the cooling tower must be kept horizontal and not inclined, and the foundation bolts and the iron feet of the water pan must be locked and combined;
2. Electric welding, electric welding, etc. are not allowed to be used at the top of the cooling tower and in the tower to avoid fire;
3. The suction port of the circulating water pump should be placed at a position below the standard water level of the water collection pan of the cooling tower: the piping configuration of the outlet pipe of the cooling tower must not be higher than the highest water level of the water collection pan;
4. The installation location of the cooling tower must be left empty, enough to connect the piping to the host;
5. After the cooling tower motor is wired, the wiring hole should be sealed to prevent water from entering.
Operation and maintenance management
1. Before operation, it is necessary to remove the sundries inside the cooling tower;
2. If the transmission belt is too tight, the bearing will be damaged, and if it is too loose, the belt will slip and heat up, thereby reducing the durability;
3. After a week of operation of the cooling tower, the circulating water must be replaced to remove the dirt and debris in the pipeline;
4. After 5~6 days of operation of the cooling tower, if the belt is loose, the tightness of the belt needs to be re-adjusted;
5. If the cooling tower is shut down for a long time, the belt should be loosened to avoid unnecessary tension;
6. In winter, if the cooling tower stops running, all the circulating water in the pipeline must be removed to avoid cracks caused by freezing in winter.
The drain pipe of the cold water pan should be opened at any time, so that the rainwater and melted snow can flow out;
7. During daily operation, you should pay attention to the water level in the chassis of the cooling tower, and the water level of the cold water pan should be kept at a certain height.
8. The cooling tower re-runs after being stopped for a period of time. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the motor insulation is normal.
