Introduction:
The production line is suitable for daily goods, pesticide, drinks, chemical industrial. The whole line is including the following functions: filling –cap screwing – aluminum foil sealing –labeling –inkjet printing –carton forming machine –carton filling –carton sealing.
The machine is automatic filling machine, use the PLC, photoelectric sensor and electric air control to control the machine running. The HMI is Color screen. The filling volume, filling heads can set on the screen.
The machine is adopted food grade stainless steel. It has heat resistance as well as acid and basic resistance.
Adopted the’ sprinkler type’ filling principle, the liquid along the bottle wall flows down to prevent the liquid overflow. What’s more the filling head is with anti-leakage mechanism to keep proper hygiene .
The line is Linear type conveyor, easy to adjust and suitable for most of bottle, especially for irregular bottle.
Adopted the vibrating plate to load cap and when there is no cap on the bottle it give an alarm.
Use the double sides and positioning self adhesive labeling machine. It can stick the label on line.
Use online aluminum foil sealing machine (with aluminum foil detection function).
Use online inkjet printing machine (or laser).
Automatic bottle tidy and carton filling function.
With automatic carton forming, sealing function.

The machine use siemens PLC and can set the parameter on the monitor directly. The monitor brand is Taiwan WEINVIEW. It can realize monitoring, parameter setting on the monitor.
The machine is with stable filling and liquid infusion function.
Adopted separation principle, when filling, it won’t do liquid infusion.
Small bottleneck automatic locking function
The machine mounted with bottle neck locking mechanism to ensure the liquid can filling in the bottle.
