Usage

This ziplock bag making machine was independently researched and manufactured by our company. It has a

multifunctional worktable. It can produce different bag shapes, such as ziplock bags, valve bags, clothing bags etc.

Performance and Characteristics

1. This machine is designed to produce side sealing bags, especially for the zipper bags, ziplock

bags.

2. The whole machine is controlled by PLC system, thus the material will be conveyed smoothly

and quickly.

3. With electric photocell sensor tracing system, it has advantages of great quality, sensitive to

colors, catching colors accurately.

4. The whole machine adopts computer control system to set the bag length, production

speed,thus can reduce waste and save cost; Feeding material, counting and sending out

material automatically; The machine will alarm automatically when the machine is out of work,

therefore it will be safer to operate.

5. With Function on machine: Edge positioning device, ultrasonic, 2 punching holes.
