Application:
Is used in producing PE carbon spiral reinforced pipes.

Characteristics of machinery:
1. Single screw extruder especially used for polyolefine material possess effective plasticizing effect and high extrusion speed.
2. Special detached type compounding screw and die head with spiral structure & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.
3. Unique calibration and cooling mode is capable of producing pipes from 50mm to 200mm, and production line speed is up to 0.6- 1.5/min.
