Tianyi Mould Factory built in 1996, which occupies about 7000㎡ and have about 100 workers, is a private factory focusing on part research, design, manufacture and plastic parts production.
  In the beginning Tianyi specialized in centrifugal/axial fan mould making for household/commercial air-conditioner area, and established good relationship with many related famous companies in and abroad, owned a highly reputation in this area. 
  In 2010, we have a good chance to entry the thin wall packaging area with our NZ customers’ help and support. Now we have a lot of experience in making thin wall packaging moulds and therefore understand what is important to ensure the product quality and mould life is achieved.
  In order to meet higher requirement, Tianyi have invested gradually nearly three million dollars to purchase advanced machines, which can improve precision greatly, at the same time saving much labor cost and reducing mould lead time. 
  Tianyi has passed the standard attestation of ISO 9001 quality system, Tianyi upload the central value of which quality is our life, insist that science is the power, quality survive the company, offer fully technology support to our customers.
