Jingmu business was started in 1992, locating in the beautiful city ZhuHai,close to  Hongkong and Macao. The plant has a work area about 7000 ㎡ and over 200 employee. Since 1992 we specialize in making all kinds of complicated injection molds.Besides  injection molding, painting, printing and assembly services are also greatly available to our customers, which has won high reputation in the loop of clients.

Our main business are making plastic mould and inject/produce plastic products, also can provide painting, printing, ultrasonic wave service and so on. Our business involved many industries, such electrical appliance,home appliance, garden machine,automotive accessories,etc. The main customers are from Germany,US,Italy,Japan,etc. Many of our customers are very famous and have good reputaion in the world.

Research and Development

Over 20 design engineers consist of the whole design team. With advanced technology and abundant experiences in mold industry,they are providing with professional and customized suggestions and designs. Besides the main software we apply are UG,solidwork and moldflow.By this way optimization solution can be proposed and also excellent mold quality is unconditionally guaranteed.

Facilities

In order to provide with excellent products and wonderful user experience, a great funds has been invested to purchase high precision machining facilities and inspection equipments. The main equipments are listed as following: 5 sets CNC, 5 sets EDM, 7 sets wire-cut,  2 sets Japan Mitsubishi EDM, 1 set Japan Mitsubishi wire-cut,  1 set 120 Ton spotting press machine, 1 set automatic tapping machine, 1 set WO-TA 1000 deep hole boring machine,1 set 3D measuring machine, 1 set projector, 1 set color inspection equipment.

For injection molding,there are 20 sets injection machines with tonnage from 80T to 650T.Transparent plastic lens are also available to manufacture.
